Shine Anywhere (shineanywhere.co.nz) is a mobile car detailing service that comes to you across Auckland. By using this website or sending us a booking request, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who We Are

Shine Anywhere is a brand operated by GLX Technologies LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (United States).

Registered address: 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.

Auckland, New Zealand is the area we serve. The .co.nz domain is a brand name and a description of that service area, not a claim about where the company is established.

2. What This Site Does

This site describes our detailing packages and lets you request a booking. A request is not a confirmed booking. Nothing on this site takes a payment, and sending the form creates no contract.

After you send a request, a person reviews it and replies with availability and a confirmed quote. A booking exists only once we have confirmed it to you in writing and you have accepted the quote.

3. Pricing

Package prices on this site are indicative starting prices, shown as “from” figures in New Zealand dollars. The final price depends on vehicle size and condition, access at the address, water and power availability, and timing, and it is confirmed in the quote we send you before any work begins. Workplace and fleet days are always quoted individually.

4. The Service Itself

We work at the address you give us — a home, an office car park, or an apartment building. You are responsible for telling us about anything we need to know to work safely and lawfully there, including building rules, access restrictions, and whether water and power are available. If a site turns out to be unworkable when we arrive, we will tell you and reschedule.

We take care of your vehicle, and we manage water runoff responsibly. We are not able to repair pre-existing damage, and we will point out anything we find rather than work around it.

5. Cancellations

Tell us as early as you can. There is no cancellation fee for a booking you cancel before the day. If we cannot reach or work at the address on the day and you have not told us in advance, we may charge for the travel time; we will always say so before we invoice it.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

Content on this site is provided for general information about our service. The content and design of the site belong to GLX Technologies LLC and are protected by copyright.

7. No Warranty Beyond the Service

The site is provided “as is” and we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The detailing work itself is provided with reasonable care and skill.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GLX Technologies LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing in this clause or these terms removes any protection you are entitled to under mandatory consumer law where you live.

9. Privacy

Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms at any time; changes take effect when posted here.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and the federal laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, USA. Nothing in this clause removes any protection you are entitled to under mandatory consumer law where you live.
